This is my first attempt at knitting socks, just practice really. They were made with a very simple pattern with a pretty large sized yarn so they were really easy and fast. Unfortunately they are a little too small for Eve, so I'll have to find another little girl to give them to. She keeps trying to put them on though. I think I'll try grown up socks next with tiny yarn. This will be much more difficult I'm sure.

Well, I'm impressed, Jill. I thought socks would be something to tackle much later. After you made one sock, didn't you let Eve try it on? But then you wouldn't have bothered with knitting the second sock.
I love the fingers and toes picture.
I did let her try it on, but I thought I would give it to someone else.
