Making Goat Cheese

A neighbor gave me some unpasteurized goat's milk that she buys as "pet food" since it's illegal to sell unpasteurized milk in Idaho. I couldn't quite stomach it as a replacement for cows milk so I decided to make some cheese instead. I found a quick easy recipe here using lemon juice to curdle the milk. It was very simple and yummy!
