Sweet and Sour

Nothing says spring like rhubarb! People always seem to be giving this stuff away, and I'm happy to take it off their hands especially since mine's not quite ready. I love the stuff! So here's the first strawberry and rhubarb pie of the season.

I tried using half whole wheat pastry flour in the crust and it was ok, but I think I'll stick to plain white from now on. It was still delicious with the perfect combination of sweet and sour. Hmmm....kinda like a little girl I know. Sweet...........and sour.
