We've been enjoying the most fabulous fall weather so far this month and I've been trying to suck the life out of it. Today we enjoyed it by picnicking in the backyard. The menu was grilled cheese with red onion (a delicious discovery to me at least) and oranges. It was a little interesting trying to get Isaac to sit still and eat anything. I ended up bringing his booster seat outside and strapping him into it. Then he just crawled around with it strapped to his waist like a little turtle. Evie thought this was hilarious. This whole thing made me really miss Josiah. He
loves picnics. I just have to remind myself that he got 5 years of this and now it is Eve and Isaac's turn. Last night as with every other night recently, we played in the backyard 'til sunset. I love these shadow shots of Isaac on the the playground.
