The Going to the Sun Road opened on Friday and while my mom was visiting we took a little trip to the top of Logan Pass. It was still really cold up there with lots of snow to play in and the views were amazing as usual. The kids loved driving under the weeping wall while getting wet through the windows, and watching a deer eat off a tree right outside our car window. And on the way home Josiah told this great joke! Here it is:"What did the dish say to the kitchen?........The power line electrocuted the indestructible robot".
Obviously he hasn't mastered the art of telling jokes, but he's working on it and we all cracked up at this one.

Evie just totally looks like the high-country veteran explorer, in the same league as Lewis and Clark.
electrocuted? indestructible? That boy will have a broader vocabulary then me in... another week.
